Methodology

We collect data constantly from auctioneers, fleet managers, rental companies and used car and motorcycle dealers. With these data, referring to real vehicle transactions, carried out in the local market, we have a solid and credible basis for forecasting future values, using econometric and statistical forecasting methods.

In addition to the historical analysis of the market, calculations of future values take into account factors such as: segment where the vehicle is inserted, mileage, brand, type of fuel, existing equipment, seasonality, type of bodywork, new models and existing versions , vehicle life cycle, economic growth, disposable income, inflation rate, taxes, GDP or the price of oil.
