Privacy Notice
Information on the general personal data protection regulation Fleetdata Internacional S.A.


Under the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, hereinafter referred to as “Regulation”, FleetData Internacional Lda., Headquartered at Alameda dos Oceanos, nº 22B, 1900 -217, Lisbon, hereinafter referred to as “FleetData Internacional”, declares that:

1. Responsible for the processing of personal data: The personal data provided by the consumer, as well as those provided during the commercial relationship with FleetData Internacional will be the object of treatment by FleetData Internacional, which is the entity responsible for the treatment of the personal data collected

2. Purpose: Personal data is collected and processed by FleetData International for the following purposes:
a) Participation in electronic platforms for the purchase and sale of new and used cars;
b) Sending newsletters by any telematic means including e-mail and SMS;
c) Compliance with legal obligations to which FleetData Internacional is bound under Portuguese law, including, without limitation, tax law and preventing and combating money laundering and terrorist financing.

3. Suitability: The categories of personal data that are collected and processed by FleetData International are suitable for the purposes described in the previous paragraph.

4. Communication / Data Transmission:
4.1. The personal data collected by FleetData Internacional may be communicated and / or transmitted to the entities listed below, with the objective of complying with the legal and regulatory obligations in force, the fulfillment of the collection purposes provided for in paragraph 2 above, as well as the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure an adequate level of protection:
a) Information society service providers responsible for the management and maintenance of electronic platforms for the purchase and sale of new and used vehicles, including the UCB Online platform whenever the holder of personal data indicates that he wants to receive offers to purchase his vehicle ;
b) Tax and Customs Authority;
c) Supervisory and regulatory entities, under current legislation;
4.2. Outside the cases provided for in the previous numbers, FleetData Internacional will not transfer personal data collected to any third parties. In the event of a substantive
legitimate for data transfer, FleetData Internacional will inform the respective holder about the purpose of the transmission and identity of the recipient.

5. Conservation: The personal data collected will be preserved for the appropriate period for the fulfillment of the purpose of collection, or until the exercise of the right to object, rectify and erase is verified, unless its conservation is considered strictly necessary to comply with legal obligations or the exercise of defense rights by FleetData International.

6. Subcontracting: FleetData Internacional may subcontract the fulfillment of any of its obligations while responsible for the processing of personal data, ensuring that the subcontractor (s) complies with the requirements required by article 28 of the Regulation, in in particular the obligation to provide sufficient guarantees for the execution of appropriate technical and organizational measures in a way that the treatment complies with the requirements of the aforementioned Regulation, and FleetData Internacional expressly acknowledges that it remains fully responsible to the Client for the fulfillment of obligations of the subcontractor.

7. Rights of data subjects:
7.1. The data subject has the right to access the data held by FleetData International free of charge, as well as to request its limitation, rectification, opposition or deletion when, among other legal grounds, the contact details are inaccurate or are no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection. The holder also has the right to withdraw his consent at any time, without compromising the lawfulness of the treatment carried out based on the consent previously granted.
7.2. The data subject can exercise his rights by contacting FleetData Internacional by letter (ref. Personal Data) to the following address: Alameda dos Oceanos, nº 22B, 1900-217, Lisbon.
7.3. The data subject may file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission, if he believes that his rights are not properly safeguarded, and can submit his complaint at www.cnpd.pt.

8. Portability: The data subject may request the portability of his data to another controller, which will be carried out by FleetData Internacional using the technical means at his disposal for this purpose. In this case, FleetData Internacional can only retain those personal data that are considered essential for the exercise of rights in judicial or administrative proceedings.
